Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This website, riseros.app (the "Site"), is operated by Vision Business Solutions ("we", "us" or "our"), 838 E High St #155, Lexington, KY 40502. It describes RiserOS, business software for fire protection and related trades.
This policy covers the Site only. The RiserOS software itself, including the live demo at demo.riseros.app, is a separate service with its own Privacy Policy, which applies the moment you open it.
2. What the Site collects
Nothing you type. The Site has no sign-up, no forms, no comments and no accounts, so there is nothing for you to submit and nothing for us to store about you.
- It sets no cookies and uses no browser storage.
- It runs no scripts of any kind, so there are no analytics trackers, advertising tools or session recording.
- It loads its fonts and images from our own address, not from a third party.
3. Technical records
Like any website, the Site is delivered by a hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc. When your browser asks for a page, Cloudflare receives technical details that every web request carries: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser and device type. Cloudflare uses them to deliver the Site, to protect it from abuse and attack, and to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use them to identify you, and we do not combine them with anything else. Cloudflare's own practices are described in its privacy policy.
4. If you email us
If you write to us, we use your message and your email address to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for marketing. The only service provider involved in delivering the Site is Cloudflare, described above. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
6. Links to other sites
The Site links to the live demo and may link to other sites. The demo is sample data only; do not enter real personal or confidential information into it. Other sites have their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Your choices
Because the Site holds no information about you beyond the technical records above, there is usually nothing to correct or delete. Where the law of your state gives you rights over personal information, such as access, correction or deletion, you may exercise them by contacting us, and we will respond as the law requires.
8. Children
The Site is a business site and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make a material change, we will post the new version here and change the effective date above.
